These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the services ("Services") provided by MAF Media Sdn Bhd (Company No: 1619742-M), including its parent company MAF Holdings and all related subsidiaries (“we”, “our”, or “us”) via our mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using our Platform, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Platform immediately.
1. Scope of Service
Our Platform provides a lifestyle-focused social media and e-commerce environment that includes:
• Sharing content such as photos, videos, and reviews
• Viewing and interacting with content from other users
• Earning commissions for influencers/creators (“Affiliates”) through referrals
• Enabling merchants to offer products, services, and promotional vouchers for sale
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.
2. User Roles
We offer different user categories:
• General Users: Can browse, post content, and make purchases.
• Affiliates / Influencers: Can share content and earn commission.
• Merchants: Can list and sell services, products, or vouchers.
Specific terms may apply to different roles and will be disclosed upon registration or onboarding.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Register with a valid email and phone number
• Provide accurate and updated personal details
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. User Content
By posting, uploading, or sharing content on our Platform:
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content in connection with our Platform.
• You represent and warrant that you own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
• You are solely responsible for any content you post and its legality.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Post any unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraud, harassment, spamming, or abuse
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems
• Use the Platform for any unauthorized or commercial purposes without our consent
6. Payments and Commissions
• Payments made on the Platform are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Fiuu). We may change the payment provider from time to time.
• Affiliates may earn commissions based on valid referrals as per the commission structure provided in-app.
• Merchants are responsible for fulfilling their offers and complying with local laws.
7. Return & Refund Policy
All purchases made on the Platform are subject to our
Return & Refund Policy. Merchants may have additional policies, which must be clearly disclosed on their store pages.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Links & Tools
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. You access them at your own risk.
10. Data Privacy
Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our
Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if:
• You breach any of these Terms
• Your conduct harms other users, violates the law, or damages our reputation
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior

The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
